These Terms & Conditions apply to paid memberships and digital content of GBN-TRADES, Wüeristrasse 65, 8625 Gossau ZH, Switzerland, email: info@gbntrades.ch, unless the relevant offer states otherwise.
The specific scope of services is based on the offer description displayed when the contract is concluded. Services may include community access, market analysis, trading signals, setups, learning content, videos and courses. Content may change due to market conditions, updates or editorial adjustments without removing the essential character of the booked membership.
The content is provided for general information and education. It does not generally take into account an individual user's financial circumstances, investment objectives, knowledge or risk capacity. GBN-TRADES does not provide asset management through this website, execute trades for customers or accept customer funds for investment. No profits, win rates or specific trading results are guaranteed.
The offer is intended for adults. Users make trading decisions independently and must assess whether a financial instrument and its risks are suitable for them.
Before being redirected to the payment provider, the user must actively accept the Terms & Conditions, cancellation/refund terms and risk notice. Before completing the purchase, the essential contract details, including offer, price and billing interval, are displayed. The contract is concluded once the paid ordering process is completed and the payment or subscription confirmation has been successfully processed.
The prices shown in the offer and payment process in Swiss francs (CHF) apply. Memberships identified as subscriptions renew automatically at the stated billing interval until effectively cancelled.
Access is personal. Login credentials and paid content may not be shared, sold, published, reproduced or made available jointly to several people without express permission from GBN-TRADES.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time for the end of the already paid billing period. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Details are set out under Cancellation & Refunds.
GBN-TRADES does not grant an additional voluntary withdrawal or refund right. Already paid periods are generally not refunded pro rata after an ordinary cancellation. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Completely uninterrupted availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, technical faults, internet or platform outages and failures of payment, hosting, community or other third-party providers may cause temporary interruptions.
Texts, analyses, videos, graphics, course content, trademarks and other content supplied by GBN-TRADES may only be used personally within the booked membership. Publication, sharing or commercial exploitation without permission is prohibited unless a legal exception applies.
Trading involves significant risks. GBN-TRADES is not liable for market losses arising solely because a user makes their own trading decisions based on general information, analysis, signals or setups. Liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct and mandatory statutory liability remains unrestricted.
GBN-TRADES may amend these terms for future contracts. Material adverse changes to ongoing subscriptions will only be made to the extent legally permitted and with appropriate notice.

Swiss law applies to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, including statutory venues at consumers' places of residence, remain reserved.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is wholly or partly invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory law always takes precedence.
