A subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the already paid billing period and prevents the next automatic renewal.
If the VIP membership is purchased in checkout as a monthly subscription, it renews for another month until cancelled. A cancellation submitted in time before the next charge prevents the next renewal.
If the Premium membership is purchased as a subscription with a three-month billing period, it renews for another three months until cancelled. A cancellation submitted in time before the next charge prevents the next renewal.
After an ordinary cancellation, access generally remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless access must be suspended for an important legal or security reason.
GBN-TRADES generally does not grant an additional voluntary cancellation or refund right. An ordinary cancellation therefore does not lead to a pro-rata refund of the already paid billing period.
If mandatory law provides a right to a refund, price reduction, remedy or other relief in a specific case, these terms do not exclude that right.
Under Swiss law there is generally no general statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. Mandatory foreign consumer protection law remains reserved where applicable in an individual case.
